The information below is a repost and a quick reminder that in less than a month, the talented Eric Ranaan Fischman will be giving a poetry reading. The link to register for the reading is below!

On Tuesday, March 4, from 7-8PM ET, Eric Ranaan Fischman will give a reading, via Zoom. Eric is a Colorado based poet, and here’s his bio from his website:
Eric Raanan Fischman is an MFA graduate of Naropa University’s Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics in Colorado. He is a board member and instructor for Beyond Academia Free Skool, which hosts monthly writing workshops at the Boulder Public Library as well as a 1-2 week free summer program, and has also taught for Crestone Poemfest, the Firehouse Art Center in Longmont, and Mi Chantli in Boulder. His work has appeared in Bombay Gin, Denver Quarterly, the Boulder Weekly newspaper, New Feathers Anthology, Twenty Bellows, Voicemail Poems, Mountain Bluebird magazine, and many more. In 2023, he was one of two winners of Denver Quarterly’s annual broadside competition, with 60 copies letterpressed and a facsimile reprinted in the journal. He curates the Boulder/Denver metro area poetry calendar at boulderpoetryscene.com, and for the past few years has worked as assistant to Naropa’s Summer Writing Program director. His first book, Mordy Gets Enlightened, was published through The Little Door in 2017 and reissued by Turnsol Editions in 2021.

I first heard Eric’s work at the poetry reading I organized for the Elul Poetry Reading Challenge and was, and still am, in awe of the raw power of his words. You definitely won’t want to miss this! You can register here:
